The largest and heaviest component part (winch and engine) is 0.6m in width by 0.8m in length allowing it to be carried through s standard doorway by use of manual lifting bars or wherever possible on a specially designed barrow that can be wheeled into position where the engine or winch can be lifted of safely with minimal manual handling. The remaining structural parts and all other tooling are carried t0 the working area by hand and are assembled at the borehole position. The rig mast is telescopic and has multiple height settings ranging from 2 metres extending to 5 metres for optimum use. A portable electric winch is also deployed to make any lifting easier and safer where appropriate and can make light work of the most difficult setups.
